Pretty close to perfect

We use an umbrella stroller that has an almost non-existent shade. When traveling to a Theme Park one day, we saw someone use this shade and I had to surreptitiously take photos to figure out who made it so we could get one immediately!
The product works well. The ends of each strap are velcro and can be pulled and wrapped around various stroller components in order to stretch the shade properly. It then rests on top of whatever shade your stroller has and extends beyond to offer additional protection. I haven't tried it with strollers that do not have an existing shade - I imagine that it wouldn't have enough tensile strength to support itself, so don't think that this will ADD a shade to a stroller that doesn't have one at all.
The reason I list this as close to perfect is that it doesn't fold well. There is a flexible "bar" along the curved edge to give it rigidity, and that impedes full folding along with the stroller. But for the price and the effectiveness of the shade, it's an easy trade-off.

Currently using this on a "first years ignite" stroller.
IMHO, no stroller comes with a hood that seems to provide enough protection from the sun, so if you are outdoors a lot and your little one is in the stroller, a product like this is a must! And your little one can now take a nap in the stroller. (if you are lucky).
i am not so sure how this would protect for rain, but it is excellent for covering the little one in the sun.
I gave it a 4/5, because I wouldn't be able to use this if I didn't already have a shade on my stroller. (Some umbrella strollers don't have a shade), so i don't think it would work on those.

THE BEST

I use it with maclaren but this product would be perfect for any stroller. It's very easy to fold the stroller with the the shade on. It's very flexible and you can adjust it depending on what angle the sun shines.And the side pockets are a nice addition!
