It shields the rain (even when really windy) while providing ventilation.
Even when it's not raining, this canopy works well in shielding the child from the chilling effect of the wind.
It is very easy to put on and take off.
Has a zipper so there is easy access to the child.
This canopy works great!

This was our second rain canopy, as the last one had finally bit it. The zipper on the first one came undone and the plastic around it tore, and it couldn't be fixed (though we had previously sewn it back together, that came undone too). We loved the first one. The one we just purchased, however, was a degraded version. There is no zipper where we could open up the canopy to let the kids see when it wasn't raining (yet we could still keep the canopy on the stroller) or take them out easily. In addition, at the front bottom of the canopy where it attaches to the stroller, there are now cloth strips and velcros in lieu of the quick-and-easy clips that would hook onto the stroller metal frame. The velcros simply take too much time to fasten, plus I'm puzzled as to where exactly the long one is supposed to fasten... And when one is in a hurry (with pending rain), the velcros just are inconvenient, whereas the hooks I could do with one hand. All in all, we are very disappointed with the purchase. I'll be contacting Baby Jogger about this.

The rain/wind cover for the Baby Jogger is really great. It's made well and feels like it will last for many years due to the quality of the materials used.
The only issue I have with the cover is that to fully and properly secure it to the front of the stroller, you almost have to get under the stroller to strap the Velcro straps. This is sometimes quite difficult, especially when you're standing out in the rain trying to do this quickly.
Otherwise, this rain cover is really great and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to keep their little one dry and out of the breeze.
