Glad I made this choice

I bought this stroller because I needed something smaller than my full size stroller and I didn't want to go for the classic umbrella stroller. I do like how light it is. I like that it comes in a "girl" color. It does recline about half way back easily and sits up easily. The only strollers I found about this small that do lie nearly flat were about $100+ more. I like that it has a tray. I like how I can put my 13 month old (who is in the 98 percentile for height and weight) without removing the tray. FYI- The tray is removable. The tray does sit up a little high though. Not an issue for me. I like the larger canopy. I like that the back above the seat to the canopy is mesh and is attached. My previous stroller was just a hanging piece of fabric like a curtain. It has a small storage basket. Handy for small diaper bag or purse. It also has a little Velcro pocket on the side too. I like that it does have a parent tray but both trays do have too small of a drink holder. The stroller pushes easily with one hand and is smooth. I'm 5'7" and I think it is at an ok height. The push handle is not adjustable. It doesn't have a 5 point harness. Personally I didn't want a 5 point harness but it might be an issue for some. You will have to buckle every time because a 2 year old can slide out under the tray easily because of the large opening. It stands up right when folded. It does fold easily for someone who doesn't have any type of arthritis. It seems sturdy. We have been a bit rough with it without problems. Really the only thing I don't like about it is the tray drink holders are too small for 20oz soda/water bottle. It will only hold the 16.7 oz or smaller bottles. It won't hold any of the sippy cups we have. My 13 month old is really tall (think 2 year old) so I'm not sure how long it will last because she only has a few more inches before her head is above the back but to be honest for the price I paid I am not worried about it. I have been searching for a stroller that has storage but is lightweight. I am 5'0" about 110 lbs, and coming from an asian background that is pretty normal. I had an umbrella stroller from sears that I bought for $20 but got frustrated that it didn't have any space to store items other than hanging bags from the handles. I was fine with it till the front wheels started jamming up.
My daughter is 4 now and in the top percentile for height (daddy is a bit tall), and I wanted to search for another light stroller that fit her comfortably. About 41" tall and just under 40 lbs. Tall and skinny.
Here is a history of all the strollers we've gone through and what I like/don't like about them:
Bob revolution jogging stroller (blue/brown): Great turning, easy to push, easy to collapse, a bit heavy for me to put into the trunk, had to spend extra money on cup holder and car seat adapter. Our daughter didn't like sitting in it unless I was on a long walk as it was a bit too reclined for her and didn't have a snack tray built in. The snack tray came with the car seat adapter but the screws kept coming loose. I liked this stroller for walking/exercise but my daughter didn't like sitting in it.
Graco travel system (Betsy): Sturdy stroller but we mostly bought it for the car seat. The snack tray just swings away which was a nice feature as it always stayed attached to the stroller. Ample storage underneath and the parent cup caddy was perfect. Took up a lot of space in the trunk. Heavier than I was comfortable with lifting into trunk. Was great for walking over tile and sidewalks but the wheels got worn pretty well when on asphalt or other surfaces. I really liked the size (roomy for my daughter) and features but not the weight and size when folded. (We moved and I sold it on CL)
Cosco lightweight stroller: Bought off craigslist and pretty much exactly like the Jeep Siren but SMALLER. My 4 year old daughter barely fit her hips and her legs were too long to put the snack tray on while her feet were on the foot rest. I think it would have been a great stroller if she was 2 or younger. (Bought when we arrived at new city)
Evenflo travel system: I bought this for my parents off craigslist. It was grey with pink covers. Along the same lines as the Graco, it was a good size but bulky when folded and heavy for lifting in the trunk. My mom couldn't get it in the car by herself so we ended up re-selling it for exactly what I got it for. The basket underneath had a tear in it from the previous owners but it did seem flimsier than the Graco. Also the axle needed repair at one point but not too much of an issue.
$20 umbrella stroller from Sears: compact, lightweight, my daughter slouched in it, no snack tray, small canopy for shade, front right wheel wouldn't always adjust when changing directions/turning.
Having gone through all that... I decided to research "LIGHTWEIGHT STROLLERS" this time and when I saw the price and the reviews for this one, I was sold. I did take advisement on the parent caddy being too small for most cups. So when I put it together, I never installed the cup caddy by the push bar. I used the parent caddy I had for my Bob, but the bars are so angled the drinks sat tilted forward a ways. I finally went to target and bought a different console from Diono and it works pretty well.
I was worried because other reviewers said the bottom basket storage was wide open in the front. I am not sure if they updated the model or if those customers just didn't see it, but there are snaps that hold the front of the basket up and closed.
I can finally lift a folded stroller into the car without straining myself. And my tall daughter can sit comfortably.
I really like the see through portion in the hood for checking on her but may bring an extra blankey to cover it if we use it at the farmers market or zoo. Her little snack tray does have a small cup holder but there are cups that will fit fine. Overall great purchase, and if the parent console had bigger cup holders I'd give it 6 stars if I could.

PS. I bought it from Walmart but a lot of the boxes there were tampered with. Same price as Amazon though.

All around good stroller. The adult cup holders on the top need to be a little bigger, no cups I use fit in them. Other than that, I have no complaints. goes together easily, folds up easy, light weight, but seems pretty heavy duty. well worth the cost. would buy again.
